A three-storey residence with basement featuring smooth cement-finished walls, cast-in-place polished concrete flooring, and limewash treatments on walls. Traditional breeze blocks were integrated into the facade for passive ventilation and diffused light, complemented by solihiya-paneled cabinetry, vertical tubular steel detailing, and warm layered lighting throughout.
